Ascendant Law Group is a business law boutique focused on providing aggressive advocacy and problem-solving for our clients. We are experienced in all areas of civil/commercial litigation and dispute resolution as well as bankruptcy, creditors’ rights and out-of-court workouts.
We are seasoned, Massachusetts-based, attorneys with a proven track record of resolving clients’ legal and business issues with an individually-tailored approach.
Our clients have ranged from Fortune 500 companies to individuals, and our engagements run the gamut from multi-million-dollar, high-stakes, business litigation and bankruptcy matters that pit us against some of the nation’s largest law firms, to representation of individuals in more modest-sized cases in which the monetary stakes are smaller, but the impact on clients is just as critical.
We seek to marry the firepower and resources of a larger firm with the flexibility and agility of a business-centered boutique.
