He also served a two-year appointment as a law clerk for the Honorable Henry J. Boroff of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Massachusetts.

He is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and before the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts and the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.

He is also admitted to practice in the State of New Hampshire and the United States District Court of New Hampshire.
